Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 98

This patient is a 42 year-old woman 5’2″ tall 132 lbs. who felt she lost all breast fullness after having children. She had a slight inversion of the left nipple which corrected after implant placement. She wanted to correct the emptiness in the upper poles of both breasts and wanted a somewhat rounded shape. She is petite and it was important not to end up with too much breast width under her arms.
