This patient is a 52-year-old woman, 5'2" tall.  Her breasts became a bit droopy after pregnancy but recently worsened with weight loss and exercise.  Dr. Newman performed a 'Plus-Minus' breast lift reducing the amount of natural tissue and replacing the volume with a small implant. For this patient, this technique achieved a nicer shape that will likely last longer. It's not the best option for everyone. This patient also had liposuction of her belly at the same time.
