Our Park Avenue office is located in Manhattan at 899 Park Ave which is on the south east corner of Park and 79th Street.
Situated two blocks from Central Park, this Upper East Side location is just a few blocks away from The Metropolitan Museum of Art (5th Ave at 82nd Street) along with many other cultural and historic landmarks.
The stop on the 6 train is 77th Street and stops on the corner of 77th and Lexington Ave.
From Putnam County:
Take I-84 to I-684. Take I-684 to the Saw Mill River Parkway south. SMRP to Exit 9 -Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd. approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Taconic State Parkway:
T.S.P. to Saw Mill River Parkway south. SMRP to Exit 9 -Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Manhattan (West Side):
Take West Side Highway to Henry Hudson Parkway North. Continue on HHP North over Henry Hudson Bridge ($2.25 toll). Continue on HHP North, which turns into Saw Mill River Parkway North to Exit 9-Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to larger water tower on left. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Manhattan (East Side):
Take FDR North to Third Avenue Bridge. Stay Left at end to Major Deegan Expressway (87) North. Exit to Mosholu Parkway West. Mosholu is a short parkway, which merges with Saw Mill Parkway. Continue straight onto Saw Mill Parkway North. Exit #9- Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left.. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Whitestone Bridge:
Take the Hutchinson River Parkway to the Cross County Parkway west. The Cross County Parkway ends at the Saw Mill River Parkway. Take the SMRP north to Exit 9-Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Connecticut:
Take 95 south to 287 West to NY State Thruway South. Take the first exit off the thruway this will put you on the Saw Mill River Parkway southbound. Take the SMRP southbound to Exit 9 Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left.. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From Tappan Zee Bridge:
Tappan Zee Bridge to NYS Thruway southbound. Get off Saw Mill River Parkway Southbound. Take the SMRP southbound to Exit 9 Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd. approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left.. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From GW Bridge:
Follow signs to Henry Hudson Parkway (West Side Highway) North. Continue on HHP North over Henry Hudson Bridge ($2.25 toll). HHP turns into Saw Mill River Parkway North to Exit 9-Executive Blvd. Take Executive Blvd approximately one mile uphill to large water tower on left. Make left onto Enterprise Blvd. Take Enterprise Blvd. to stop sign. Go thru stop sign across street and make right into first parking lot. Our office is the third door on the left. Parking is reserved for our patients in front of office.
From the East (Connecticut, Port Chester and Interstate 95)
take 287 West to Exit 9N-S. This exits onto Westchester Avenue westbound. Follow for approximately 2 ½ miles.
From the West: (Tappan Zee Bridge and Tarrytown)
take 287 East to Exit 8E. Exit feeds onto Westchester Avenue. Proceed for ½ mile to William L. Butcher Bridge and take left over bridge. Turn left again onto Westchester Avenue westbound and follow for about ¼ mile.
From the South:
- New York State Thruway, Sprain Brook Parkway or Saw Mill River Parkway to 287 East. Follow directions from the West (above).
- Interstate 95 to 287 West. Follow directions from the East (above). Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 26W. This exits onto Westchester Avenue. Stay on Westchester Avenue for 1/2 mile.
From the North:
- Taconic State Parkway, Saw Mill River Parkway or Sprain Brook Parkway to 287 East and follow directions from the West (above).
Route 684 to 287 West-White Plains, bear right, follow signs to Westchester Avenue. Follow Westchester Avenue approximately 1 mile. - Interstate 95, take 287 West to Exit 9N-S. Follow directions from the East (above). Merritt or Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 26W. This exits onto Westchester Avenue. Stay on Westchester Avenue for 1 ½ miles.
From the West:
Take the Northern State Parkway East to exit 31A, Meadowbrook Parkway South towards Jones Beach. (If coming from the LIE, you may also take this directly to the Meadowbrook Parkway South.). Take exit M1W towards Mineola. Make a right onto Old Country Road. Make the first left toward Roosevelt Field Mall. Make a slight right onto Ring Road North. We are located in the last building. The entrance is in the front, directly across from Macys.
From the East:
Take the Northern State Parkway West to exit 31A, Meadowbrook Parkway South towards Jones Beach. (If coming from the LIE, you may also take this directly to the Meadowbrook Parkway South.). Take exit M1W towards Mineola. Make a right onto Old Country Road. Make the first left toward Roosevelt Field Mall. Make a slight right onto Ring Road North. We are located in the last building. The entrance is in the front, directly across from Macys.
